Questions people ask

What counts toward the price?

Only your open sites: each plant, warehouse, yard or office with a committee. Not people, not committees, not meetings or files. Close a site and the price comes down at your next renewal. The time already paid for isn't refunded.

What does the free trial cover?

14 days for one site, with everything in it. No card needed. Choosing a plan, or adding a second site, starts the plan that day.

What happens when the trial ends?

If you haven't chosen a plan, everything becomes read-only: nothing is lost, and every download still works. The safety concern posters pause and tell people to tell their supervisor instead. Choose a plan anytime in the next 12 months to pick up where you left off.

What if a payment doesn't go through?

Everything keeps working for 14 days while the card is retried. After that it's read-only until it's paid.

Do people pay anything?

No. Put everyone on the roster, invite everyone who needs to sign in, and print a poster for every site. The price is per site, never per person.

Is tax included?

No. Prices are in US dollars, and sales tax is added at checkout where it applies.
