Questions people ask

What counts toward the price?

Only your open sites: each plant, warehouse, yard or office you run projects at. Not people, not projects, not files. Close a site and the price comes down at your next renewal. The time already paid for isn't refunded.

How does the rate for the total work?

Every site is charged at the rate for how many you have. Three sites: three at $69. Ten sites: ten at $59.

What does the free trial cover?

14 days for one site, with everything in it, the Committee Room add-on too. No card needed. Adding a second site starts the plan for every site that day.

What happens when the trial ends?

If you haven't chosen a plan, everything becomes read-only: nothing is lost, and every download still works. Choose a plan anytime to pick up where you left off.

What if a payment doesn't go through?

Everything keeps working for 14 days while the card is retried and admins are told. After that it's read-only until it's paid.

What happens if we cancel?

Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. After that, everything is read-only for 12 months with every download still working, so you can take it all with you.

Do people pay anything?

No. Invite everyone who proposes, approves or does the work. The price is per site, never per person.

Is tax included?

Prices are in US dollars, before sales tax where it applies.
