Cancellation and Refunds

Try it first

Every new organization gets a 30-day free trial on one site, with no payment details needed. You're never charged during the trial. If you choose a plan before your trial ends, your first charge or invoice comes when the trial would have ended.

Plans renew yearly

Plans are billed once a year, in advance, and renew automatically on the same date each year unless cancelled.

Cancel anytime

An administrator can cancel from Plan and billing in PraxysEHS. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan keeps working until the end of the year you've already paid for.

Refunds

Because every plan starts with a free trial, payments are non-refundable, including for unused time. We'll give a refund where the law requires one. If something has gone wrong, contact us at support@praxysehs.com and we'll look at it.

Changing sites

• Adding a site during the year charges or invoices the added cost for the rest of that year.
• Removing a site credits the unused amount toward your next renewal, rather than refunding it.

After a plan ends

Your records don't disappear. For 12 months after a plan ends, everyone on your team can still sign in, read every case and download its reports, and administrators can still download complete packages. Choosing a plan again at any point during that time restores full access. After 12 months without a plan, the data is deleted. The date shows in PraxysEHS at least 60 days before. Nothing is deleted while a case is on legal hold.
