Do contractors pay anything?
No. Not a membership, not a renewal, not a per-client fee, not a "small onboarding fee." Ever. Contractor companies and their crews use everything on their side free, and see their own records free.
What counts toward the price?
Only your sites: each plant, yard, warehouse or office with its own front door. Not how many contractors or visitors come through, how many people you induct, or how many companies you check.
What counts as a site?
A place with its own front door: where people sign in, take that place's induction, and get counted at its muster point. A campus where everyone signs in at one gatehouse and musters together is one site, however many buildings it has. If buildings have their own lobbies, visitors and evacuation lists (say, a warehouse, a production plant and a corporate office, each run separately), each one is its own site. We don't have an induction video. Now what?

What happens when someone isn't ready?
The lobby tablet tells them, politely, what's missing and who to see, and their host gets a heads-up by email, Teams or Slack. Nobody skips ahead: there's no override button at the front desk.
Do you approve or grade contractors?
No. Your purchasing team already decided who to hire. We make sure the people who show up know your site, carry the right cards, and are on the list when the alarm goes off.
Are tablets included?
No. Bring your own and use as many as you like, at no extra charge. Any iPad or Android tablet 10 inches or bigger works, with a locking stand and Wi-Fi.
Do I need to be a safety expert?
No. If you can send an email, you can set this up. The screens tell you what to do, in plain words.
Can we use it outside the United States?
Only in the United States for now. The public record check reads US government records, and our terms are written for US sites. Sites in Canada or somewhere else? Tell us at support@praxysehs.com. It helps us decide where to go next.
Is it the same company as PraxysEHS?
Yes. Same people, same plain-language approach. PraxysEHS CM is its own app with its own account, so you can use one without the other.
