Add-on
OSHA recordkeeping
Keep your OSHA injury and illness records in the same place as your investigations.
- Each site's OSHA 300 Log, with the recordable decision made and dated by the people you choose.
- The 300A summary at year end, with OSHA's worksheet for employees and hours, ready to certify and post.
- The 301 for each recordable case, to print or finish in Word.
- The files for OSHA's Injury Tracking Application, for sites that send their data.
- An employee's date of birth, home address and sex, seen only by the people who keep the records.
- Chosen with your plan and paid from the start: it isn't part of the free trial.
How to pay. Card or bank account (ACH) at checkout. For 3 sites or more, you can ask for an invoice payable by ACH or wire transfer within 30 days.
Adding sites. Add a site whenever you need one. You pay only for the rest of your current year.
Your records are yours. Download any signed-off investigation at any time. If a plan ends, everything stays available to read and download for a year.
All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where it applies.
